What we bring to a build.
- Schedule discipline. We hit our dates. If we're going to miss, we tell you 5 working days out, not the morning of handover.
- Sequencing fluency. We know when to prime, when to topcoat, when to wait for tilers and cabinetmakers. We've done this enough that we don't need to be told.
- Documentation upfront. QBCC, insurance, SDS, WHS plan: emailed to your supervisor before mobilisation. No mad scramble.
- Defect close-out. Punch-list photographed, resolved, signed off. Handover paperwork same-day.
- DLP support. 12-month touch-up window, included. We schedule around your DLP review.

Indicative pricing.
We quote new builds by m² of paintable surface, adjusted for ceiling height, finish spec, and detail complexity. Annual-volume discounts kick in at 8 homes/year. Send us a typical project spec and we'll send you the rate card and a sample contract.
